Healthy Cooking

Our goal is to develop a community based healthy lifestyle plan promoting healthy eating and physical activity to impact the high incidence of obesity in children.

 

The Healthy Cooking Program trains youth in cooking delicious nutritious foods through a fun structured program.

 

Students learn how to become self-sufficient chefs in the kitchen and grow into key stakeholders throughout the process. Youth are between the ages of 10 and 18 years old.
