A FREE, unique, multicultural, intergenerational community-wide educational celebration of art, music, culture, contributions, history, legacy and opportunities.

Youth sessions, panel discussions, featured speakers, musical performances and more!

DUKE GIVENS PRESENTS (THURS. FEB. 6 @ 6PM)

  • Dress the Way You Will Be Addressed: A look at fashion throughout the years.

WALL OF EXCELLENCE HONORS (FRI. FEB. 7 @ 4PM)

  • Recognizing individuals for outstanding service to people and projects in African American communities.

  • Hosted by The African American Cultural Center Long Beach (AACCLB)

  • Special Film Presentation: Slavery by Another Name at 7:30PM, followed by VIP Reception

FORGOTTEN IMAGES (OPENS FRI. FEB. 7 @ 6:30PM)

  • An exhibition of authentic cultural artifacts of African American heritage from the 1600's.
